Oscillationg fan..

10/11/2009 8:30 AM

Hi! Can anyone advice or help me to calculate the capacity of a wall fan? I heard somebody that to calculate the ceiling fan size is depend more of the area of the space. But how about the wall mounted fan (not wall exhaust fan)? Thanks. The space is 5x8x2.7 m in dimension.

Jay

If your area is 10,000 cu.ft. and the fan moves 250 cu. ft. per min. it will take 40 min th change the air in that room. If the fan moves 2,500 cu. ft. per min. it will exchange the air in 4 min. How big are the fans, and how fast do you want the air exchanged?
