For GTAW which require notch-toughness test, if the following welding condition is indicated in a PQR, can it support a WPS with the following welding condition?

Welding condition in PQR
Amperage : 150A
Voltage : 18V
Travel Speed : 12cm/min

Welding condition in WPS
Amperage : 120 - 180A
Voltage : 10 - 15V
Travel Speed : 10 - 15cm/min

Nice, but we need a few more variables filled in like material, thickness, filler alloy, filler alloy diameter and shielding gas, along with joint configuration and number of passes.

I don't wish to be petty, but there will be a slight difference between inconel and say, aluminum.
