The existing phases are

Phase 1 - Dry clean - (dust/ vacuum)

Phase 2- Clean with cleaner/ detergent

Phase 3 - Rinse with clean water.

Singlephase - water jet cleaning with biodegradable mild detergent. or evapotative non-toxic solvent - like alcohol.

But then why? alcohol has far better use .

You may be able to do this but we can not help you with the information you have provided. What is your present voltage? What is the HP rating of the motors? From the name plate on the motor provide the name plate information. When you change over it may mean some upgrades in your wiring.
