Plastic Bottle Production Equipment

I have a young entrepreuner who has identified a niche in the manufacture of plastic bottles to package fruit juices for the indigent rural population. He is looking for a reasonably priced second machine to manufacture these plastic bottles. If you can help/assist, please contact me urgently. With best wishes

Will your young entrepreneur also devise a means to recycle these bottles or will they get discarded onto the ground or into the waterways?

Will he use biodegradable plastics?

I do not have any connection with a machine, nor am I an expert on what type of machine you need.

I do know of a way for you to save money on the electrical expenses needed to run the machine. Assumming you are using hydraulic fluid to operate the machine, my company makes a fluid that will reduce the electrical consumption approximately 3-5%. This is done using a high grade parrafin base oil and an additive package that reduces the friction more than any other fluid I have ever seen.

We have done long-term testing for some of the largest US bottlers, and feel very confident when we make these type of statements. By request, we can show you some of these studies, done by independent laboratories.
