01/06/2007 10:57 AM

.......i want u to help me an alarm circuit which can help reduce theft at banks. We have many alarm circuits, but most of them sounds an alarm at the bank area only. So i want a circuit which can provide information to other areas, especially information to police or other security companies.

.....or a circuit which can provide information from one place to another, information can be a beep or a message. for instance, a circuit which can send a message or an alarm sound to my mobile phone......

i think u can assist me 4that!

Telephone diallers have been around for decades...

When an alarm condition , or anything else for that matter, is reached this instrument automatically dials the number(s) you have programmed into it and plays a recorded message.. such as "your tea's on the table and will soon be in the dog if you don't leave the pub now!!"...

A bit like a wife.... John.

Local security companies do this now. Notification can be by cell phone or land line. Cell is better as land lines can be cut. Land line is cheaper, land lines can also be monitored for cuts 24/7, si if they are cut, the police are called.

All this is off the shelf and $25-100/month

Most mordern alarm control panels have built in dialers that will notify your monitoring company (ADT, Protection One, etc.) through a landline. The alarm panel will also tell the zone number and the time the alarm came in. The monitoring company will then dipastch the proper authorities or contact a person on the call list, depending on the protocal that was set up. "Cell" or "radio" back up is also a good idea in the event of a landline failure.

Simply contact Protection One, ADT or any reputable alarm system monitoring company in your area.

Bluetooth technology already has such in place and for under 50 bucks. My robot is equipped with an intruder device that sends a photograph through my cell phone..
