Vibration doubts?

Can you please suggest me about vibration tech. as i'm working in testing thru vibration for reliabiliy and life of the product. As i'm frequently using the PSD data to found the transmissibility range but i'm struggling thru my software what i have due to limited licence. is there any emprical formula? Thanke in advance.....Ganez
