IN OUR BLOWER PUMP ONE MECHANICAL SEAL WHICH DAMAGE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT MATERIAL USED IN MECHANICAL SEAL?

It all depends on configuration.

In certain cases it is steel all.

However in our seals it is bronze with graphite impregnation (for lubrication) mating with another face of hardened/ chromeplated/ deposited steel.

Off the cuff it is difficult to predict However have a look at the seal and heck which category it falls into Brass+steel or steel+steel.

Dear Akhil there is air as medium then the seal combination is carbonVs Bronze with nitrile elastomers (secondary seals)

  1. Turn off Caps Lock.

What is a blower doing with a mechanical seal. Are you referring to a labyrinth seal?

the material used for Mechanical seal depends on application

Material are " Rotary : CARBON,Ceramic With Tungston Carbide or ceramic

In High corrosive pumps ceramic Seal are used in case of blower carbon to tungston carbide can be used
