You mentioned 6 cell battery? What type and size cells?

Something seems wrong because the plasma dash specs I see are

4.1 Amps
2.4V - 3.0V (2 or 3 Ni-Cads/NiMH or 1 Lithium ?)
25000 RPM

tamiya-plasma-dash-15186

I would need to know more details about your old motor, controller, and batteries.

It's 6 Ni-Cads battery

the motor has no specs it's just a little toy motor with same dimension of Plasma.

i want to replace it with that plasma so i can have a superspeed fan control by the RC.

my controller is just a simple RC that i bought from the market along time ago,

i think it is made in china..

It is just transmitter and the receiver which directly connected the 2 motors for the FOR-REV and the steering..

thank you very much...

From the limited info, I suspect that the Plasma motor will not work well because it needs a lower voltage and a much higher current than your existing system can handle. If you already tried it and nothing is working, you may have damaged the control circuit. Test by putting old motor(s) back in. If nothing works, it's fried.

Without detailed specs I cannot help more. Sorry.

No. Your circuit and batteries are apparently NOT designed to handle a high performance motor like the Plasma Dash. You are lucky you did not damage the original circuit.

Detailed specs include voltage, current, RPM, Amp-hour ratings, and manufacturers model and part numbers. Without knowing and understanding these specifications, you are just guessing a new motor will work. Good luck with that.

I think you are trying to squeeze a large square peg into a small round hole. Suggest you re-evaluate what you want to do and why.

Look into the new brush less technology it is amazing the performance and reliability of these systems.

no brushes, springs or commutators to fiddle with just grab n go.
