Inverter driven? Does that mean you want to use DC power to run your heat pump? If so, what is your input power source, and what size heat pump do you need?

I expect you will end up putting separate pieces together rather than buying an off-the-shelf DC input heat pump. If we have some numbers, then we can consider the various options available.

When there are so many available either domestic or larger commercial/industrial,I would advocate the purchase of an off the shelf unit.

Units can be tailored to individual requirements, even multi-source variations depending on location etc.
