Thumb sealant is thicker paste and is used for sealing air gaps in Body in white.Would like to know faster application method than to apply by thumb. .
Use robots like they do in the paint booth. They used to paint the cars by hand, too.
You'll need some kind of vision software to find the defective areas, etc. you can take it from here, can't you?
