	Step 1 - Stop referring to yourself as "instrumentation engineer" if you don't even know the basics of instrumentation design. Step 2 - Find a school, university, tech college, etc., that teaches basic instrumentation design. Step 3 - Register for said class.

	If you don't even know the basic of insturmentation ,how could you refer yourself as an instrument engineer? You had better join any college or institute where you can understand what instrumentation really is.
