Ive just started a course in computer systems engineering but what are its benefits ahead of any other engineering course. please

Depends on what you think you might want to do for a living. There are many benefits of all types of engineering studies, and related sciences too. Sometimes what we end up finding our true niche by trying different courses and studies until we find what we really like. That being said, if you want to design computer systems instead of bridges, those types of courses will have a benefit over structural engineering, but it's not really an benefit over the other types of studies, it is just different.
