remote communication

Hi friends,

i m in singapore . my controller have rs232 com port and i need to communicate with a pc in my office. please advise me which type of telco line is suitable for it. or can i use dedicated adsl line with adsl modem. Thanks.

An RS232 port is a serial port. Go talk to your local ISPs to determine if ADSL is suitable for it. Personally, I doubt it because the old dial-up modems used to interface with the RS232 ports.
