Having 120 120 240 three phase how do you know where to connect the high leg (240) to the motor wiring?

guest; if you have 240,240, 240 center tapped for 120,120 this would be a 3 phase delta 4 wire system , if your motor is wired for 220/240 volt, use li,l2,l3, to the motor. perry

In other words, the high leg has nothing to do with a 3 phase motor, so it makes no difference.

How much is ur motor rated for? if it is 120V , 3phase then step down 240V to 120V so all phase have balanced voltage. If the motor is delta , see name plate details to find how much voltage you can apply.

Is my answer relevant? do reply
