It is possible for u to get it,But first can u interprete power and control cct diagrams and are u familiar with contactor controls(ie knowledge of contactors,relays,generator kick starters,fuel solenoids,temperature and pressure switches etc).Can u also calculate yr component ratings?

I am asking because u need to hv the sound knowledge of control ccts generally.U need to specify the gen set voltage,rating of the kick starter(ie in Amps) as well as fuel solenoid,the engine speed etc.All these will help in calculating for the components sizing for both power and controls,eg-Power Breakers,Power contactors,control breakers,control AC and DC relays/contactors,undervoltage,overvoltage and phase failure relay etc.

Also we need to know yr maximum load when using utility supply,unless yr gen.set kva is higher than yr utility supply xformer.Then we may use 125kva to calculate.

Have in mind the following ccts that make up the AMF(ATS).Utility Power/Control cct(AC),Generator Power/Control cct(AC),Generator engine automatic start/stop control cct(DC-12V or 24V as yr gen is rated) in the event of failure of local utility supply.All the above ccts are interlocked thru Relay/switch contacts that makes it to be Automatic Mains Failure(AMF) Panel or Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS).

Firstly i want the circuit diagram , after tat we wil decide the ratings , send me the basic circuit diagram using 24 V dc of ac & dc control using switches & relays.

I will send u d basic control cct diagram and then finally the complete diagram.
