Not that simple, get hold of a master electrician or a company called explo labs.

They will be able to assist.

Hi,

It is far simpler than stated. A lot of work, yes but simpler. Get hold of a copy of the "Occupational health and safety act" A lot of guidelines are provided in there.

Hi Jvrj,

There no simple solution when there is question of safety in a shop or manufacture. Life of working people is in jopardy. However, you have the first question: Do I need to use flammables or not? Today, most of the manufacturers can eliminate solvents from their products. Make an effort and succeed, Gil.

N.B.: I am not wanting to modify the world but the world will forces us to modify what we do today. Imagine: Someone born somewhere. Somebody needs to plant some veggies or feed an animal to feed the new-born, and if we multiply by the realistic number of daily births, we have to work hard to be able to feed ourselves, isn't it? Just an idea of safety. Let us know what you do, Gil.

Hello Lenny Gounden,

Could you tell us while you have to use solvent which will influence 100% of your safety regulations. Soaps are made without solvent and you want to dilute oils? Precise you question and you can get very good to excellent responses. If you do, let us know to help you later, Gil.

JJKeller.com is an online safety regulation service. The first 30 days are free and you can download and copy all you want from the site in those 30 days. They have samples of all plans pertaining to safety along with safety training materials.

It's design is catered to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) for the United States but they are good samples for you to use and tailor them to the specificaitons required by the laws and needs in your location.
