i burnt my hand when i touched anhydrated Magnesium sulfate and poured water on it. How severe is this burn?

I agree with Del, we cannot tell you how severe your burn is.

What I can tell you is that it is surely a real burn, caused by heat, and not something arising from chemical reactions on your skin (generally and loosely called "burns"). The heat comes from the exothermic hydration of the magnesium sulfate.
