Hello

Is there any one knows where to get these 512Kx8 SRAM DIP faster than 70ns? I will welcome some help if these are with any one in the forum or some one knows where they can be. I need in DIP package and also faster than 70ns working on 5V.

I will like to than in advance for this help.
