You may not have a language problem. I suspect you have an Outlook problem. Simply put, Outlook's export functions don't always work.

The only way I've been able to transfer Outlook files is to export them to an Excel file, email the file to another computer, and then import it into that computer's Outlook. You have to be careful, though--don't let Outlook export everything (the default setting), because it overloads Excel with a lot of garbage, and it won't import it properly. Use the Map Custom Fields function to decide exactly how much information you want to export. I suppose this would also work by exporting the file to a thumb drive or a 3.5 in. floppy, but I haven't tried that.

I think that you have to install both languages on both the PCs as fonts of both are different.

You will need the System-CD supplied with the systems.

go to <View> -> <Encoding> -> <More> and from [Drop-down] list select your language

UTF-8
