Have you investigated equipment and machines already available, and not found something that will work for you?

As an update to this thread, in the vernacular of the palm oil business, 'Wood Shearing' is the process of removing the fruit bunches from the woody stalk of a palm branch. The OP is looking for assistance in this area, not slicing lumber as Del and I had interpreted his question. As I have nothing to offer him about this, I advised him to post again, with a differently worded question.
