chemical plants advices

please can you tell me good companies which design big chemical plants . as we long time use Wallace and Terrnan instruments in our water projects for chlorine , caustic soda injection ..

and which standard shall we use ,any new

systems are available now for injection in the big plants (55 million gallon per day).

we using chlorinators with evaporators and gas drum and motive water pumps and ejectors ..etc

any new ideas please give me

You don't say where you are located, which might help. I assume you want to build a water treatment plant. Ask the guys who make your Wallace and Terrnan instruments if they could recommend someone who builds plants with their instruments.
