Well it depends on what you and they want to learn. You could send them here and have some well trained, appreciative employees. You might consider instead a little more rigorous program like here. But this certainly will last more than two weeks. Maybe your analysis requires a more subjective perspective. I'm certain somebody here can help you.

Yes, my original comment was very snarky.

But I am getting tired of "Guests" posting questions here that require much more information than what they offer to attempt a reasonable answer. I find it particularly annoying when the question has nothing to do with Engineering.

Pharmaceutical work can and does utilize many Engineering disciplines to produce and distribute their product, but it is its own separate discipline. So unless this "Guest" wishes to clarify that they want to know how to locate a 2 week training seminar on X-Ray crystallography for quality testing, or PLC automation for production control, or statistical analysis methods or anything else; my suggestion for a ski trip is very valid.

If this "Guest" actually is in any level of management, I'm certain those under him/her need a break from him/her. Clearly this individual has achieved the Peter Principle plateau and reached a level of incompetence.
