What causes a ID fan to wear out on a wood fired boiler?

Aside from age, too much use, too much heat, acid, creosote, unbalanced fan leading to bearing failure, no regular maintenance, improper motor selection in the first place...

What is the symptom of wearing out? How long has the blower been in place? Stuff like that.

Give us a little, we might be able to help a little.
