Wanted: Radio Telephone Tower Components

12/30/2009 4:20 PM

We have three towers for our Radio telephone communication system- tower type '123' 38.10m manufactured by ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION PTY LTD SYDNEY

These towers were built in the late 1970s.

I need to change some tower components, all parts are hot dipped galvanised(Australian standard specification - K.53). Steel was supplied by BROKEN HILL PTY. CO. LTD. This information is taken from the tower handbook.

Is there a company that is familiar with these towers and can manufacture these structures?, most of the items that needs replacement are less than 3 metres in length.

Thank you.

Kina,

EPT was absorbed into the ABB group. See the connection here:

If you contact ABB in Sydney they should be able to help you.
