generator capability test

Hi everyone.!Rehabilitation of ambuklao dam is ongoing and by March or April, the new generartors might be installed. The contractor will be conducting generator capability test very soon w/c includes

a. reactive power test

b. primary response test

c. fast start capability

d. black start

e. declared data capability

f. dispacth accuracy

Anyone could define and give a short step in this kind of tests.?Much thanks to everyone who could help.Godbless

The tests need to have been defined at order placement stage.

If they haven't, ask the contractor to provide a statement of the testing, together with "pass"/"improvement required" criteria, for review and assessment.
