Help Needed to Rotate a Plate

http://www.orkut.com/Album.aspx?xid=2672434382240556235&uid=12601554191180398094..... check the above link and give me some idea to roate the plate to 180deg....now the plate is in 90 deg...i wan to rotate it to another 90deg towards backwards......
