What is a procedure (chemical cleaning) for all deposits and scales in refrigerant system ? We used a 5% HCl solution but some deposits remained.

It sounds like you are trying to clean the water side of a refrigerant-to-water heat exchanger with hydrochloric acid. I assume you know that as the acid solution dissolves the scale it becomes weaker, and must periodically be brought back up to strength.

If you did keep it up to strength, maybe you have type of scale that needs slightly stronger than 5% solution. I suggest you go to www.nu-calgon.com and look up their FAQ's about acid descaling. Good Luck!
