Tensile Strength and Piping Materials

there are many materials in metallurgy but only those materials which has tensile stress 60 Ksi are used in piping contruction. why

As another has stated, the premise of your inquiry, if taken literally/absolutely, is wrong.

However, if what you really mean instead is why do most specifiers for utilities that transmit products by pipeline choose the well-known materials that have approximately 60,000 psi tensile strength, I believe the answer to that question is that they are comfortable and confident with the strength, toughness, and proven peformance of those pipes (i.e. that they will provide the value they want).
