IEC or IEEE or ASTM Standard Numbers need

Dear friends,

I want the IEE,IEC or ASTM standards or other standard Numbers for following Tests (methods of procedure and interpretation).

1. IR Value

2. PI Value

3. Tan Delta and capacitance

4. SFRA and PD.

The tests and information you have given is too vague.

Since we have to guess I would say this is for transformer tests, but what size, type and voltage of transformer? Is this for routine maintenance or design?

Much more information is needed if you want a clear answer. Have you even bothered to look for yourself on the standards websites using key words to find the standards you need.
