Depends on what kind of help you need. To measure density of 200 C bitumen while bitumen production ?
Need to know tank details. Basically, you'd need to think on reliable radar gauge and accurate bottom pressure transmitter (with expanded tube capable to handle 200 C). Divide measured pressure by known bitumen column height above pressure xmtr = density.
Another option would be to have 2 pressure transmitters installed on vertical line one above another (as much apart as possible) with accurately measured distance between them. (P2-P1)/distance = density. It's a hassle with transmitter membrane cleaning after some cycles, however depends on what you're trying to achieve - if it pays back, should be no problem.
More troubles is with bypass flow/density measurement by Coriolis meter. It won't be 200 C anymore, special pump may cost you enough and you need to keep eye on bypass steam purge before shutdown.
