what is the appropriate ratings of generator if ur going to make a power plant

Somewhat larger (about 1.2 x) than the sum of the loads to be powered by the generator. Same voltage and frequency as the loads require. Consider the worst case: starting the largest load when everything else is already running. That's a bit of a simplified answer to a hugely simplified question.

I should have put a bit simpler answer - it depends on how much $ you have and ready to put up in smoke
