Are you looking for the size of a capacitor or do you need a KVAR size for PF correction?

kVAR of Capacitor required = kW (Tan phi 1 - Tan phi 2),

where,

kW is the connected load

phi 1 = power factor angle (Cos inverse) of existing power factor

phi 2 = power factor angle (Cos inverse) of target power factor
