The Cummins-Onan automatic transfer switch (for the RS12000) has only two ground lug connections, rather than the three that I would expect (as there are for the neutral wires) -- one for the 'utility' power coming in to the switch, one for the genset, and one for the load.
Thoughts?
I assume I'll connect all three ground wires (either putting two into one connector or by bonding another lug connector to the steel switch enclosure), but would like to understand ...
