LAP Progressive Armature Winding

Is this possible to design armature in LAP Progressive winding with odd no of commutator segment & odd no of armature stamping slot?

Is is necessary to have even no of armature slot each time ?

Yes, i think it is possible. If you have an armature with only 3 slots, you can mount 3 coils on this armature. In each slot, you place one side of 2 successive coils.

YES is for all ur questions, they all serve same purpose, but its better and eazy to have even number of commutators and slots.
