	(1)What is the angle of inclination for the oil connection from transformer conservator to Bucholz relay and why? (2) WHAT IS THE PARTIAL DISCHARGE TEST? (3) what are the different pre- commissioning tests performed on distribution transformer, power cable and switchgear????? 	(1) from horizontal or vertical? (2) Do not discharge completely, only partially else you can not recharge the cell. (3) Check that everything seems to be OK and then cross your fingers. (the last part will be highly critical) (4) Look from the other side.
