Appreciate any advise...I would like to start a factory manufacturing LEDs...process flow, equipment needed to automate the process, etc...any comments will be a great help!

Have you even searched the net? If you already have no idea where to start, or resources who do (as evidenced by your query here), I fear for your success in even starting a manufacturing process, let alone making it a business.

As someone pointed out in one of your previous posts, "Answers.com," is probably a good place for you to start.

My advice to you is hire a general manager who can run your plant for you.
