400A 600V Transistor

WE need PNP transistors Modules, 400 Amps 600 Volts, and handle 2,000 volt inverse kickback.

Does any one know where we can purchase them?

What are you designing that would need such a device?

At that power level NPN, IGBT, and MOSFETs are whats commonly used.
