Try this. Keep in mind that these calcs are NEC. Don't know where you are.

Lets see a little effort from you.

Amp load = 500 kw/(0.400v x 1.73 x PF)

Check your code book for conductor that has this ampacity or greater.

Using the amps and conductor impedance calculate voltage drop

If VD is too high use a larger conductor.

Post your results so we can help.

How to choose cable size? What is VD?

→ British Standard 7671.

This may be beyond you capability. You look in the applicable code book for you area for the conductor ampacity. Choose the conductor based on its ampacity or use the British Standard 7671. VD is voltage drop. It looks like you need some technical assistance beyond this forum

Dear,

Your demand is unreallistic. Ur system current is 1137Amps. So there is no cable available according to ur requirements. Better way to change ur vtg level or use power distribution board and distribute ur load.

You need to check you calculations again. We don't know the PF but if it is unity the load is 723 amps. Ever heard of using parallel conductors? I am not used to using metric sized cable but 150 mm² = 380 amps x 2 = 760 amps. Is this not available?

1000 meters is too far. You will need to transform up to a higher voltage. If you use 4 KV, your load is about 100 amps and you can use a much smaller cable, something like 25 mm². Check you local code for the ampacity.
