"DC motor in no load condition testing at test bed"

Was motor alone tested or along with pump?

Hope this axial vibration is found by a hand held meter/monitor, right?

If motor alone was tested and if the axial vibration was very high, check the bearing mounting. One of the bearings has to be locked (rigidly or by wave/spring washer) for axial play. If this was not well done, the axial play would exist/visible mostly on solo run.

Was pump also included on test bed, what was the discharge pressure, free discharge or working pressure? Was the discharge pressure study during the test run?

In general, axial vibration is dominantly attributed by mis-alignment, in most case would get suppressed on loading.

What type of pump is this, gear or screw?

motor tested alone,

yes vibration measured with hand held meter/moniter with probe type, wave washer used on driving side with non driving side bearing locked.

thanks for your in put
