AC Power Drop

Do I need any AC booster to prevent an AC drop within 1,500 LFT using a #4 AWG gage? If so, how many would I need?

Need to know 1. Voltage 2. Load in amps 3. Type of load(motor, lights, etc) 4. CU or AL 5. single or three phase

What are your qualifications to do this job?
