Fatal Communication Fault - PC to PLC

Anyone know How to trouble shooting "Fatal communication fault PC to PLC". of Wheel alignment machine Model 7700 of " BURKE E. PORTER MACHINERY COMPANY " and PLC brand Allan Bradley

This error comes up when ever the cable PC to PLC is disconnected or when the PLC is powered down while still conected to the PC. What PLC are you using?
