Morse Taper Designs

02/25/2010 3:58 PM

Hi everybody,

I am going to use morse taper in a new design. I am not familiar with this feature and I would like to learn about it (types, diameters, angles, materials etc.). Can you refer me to an article or a study about it?

Why would you use a design you know nothing about? It's Morse taper, by the way.

"Can you refer me to an article or a study about it?" How about Google?

The morse taper principle is the most appropriate to connect the two plastic parts in my design. I looked up google and could not find substantial material for a designer.
