3500 - 4000 N/mm2. Crush 3-Cubes at 28 days and 3-cubes at 60-days to ascertain. Depending on cement quality, aggregate hardness and proper curing, possible to achieve 5000 N/mm2 too.

I believe you meant 35 to 40 N/mm^2
