CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THE WASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM IN CEMENT PLANTS AND CONCERNED CALCULATIONS AND FORMULAS IN THIS REGARD WITH FLOW SHEETS??/

There are no general rules. Study your plant and see where heat is lost (such hot gases let out) and think where it can be used. A tie up can be worked out on principles of engg.

Is the a wet process or dry? I assume wet if there are large amounts of heat being rejected from the process. As someone, to a degree, posted in a wet process there are many applications for heat recovery to many to mention in this reply.
