What does the manual say the wrench symbol means? Is it a maintenance necessary indication, a mechanical jam warning, etc. Proper action cannot be taken unless you actually know what the symbol means.

Please consult the manual before continuing to use the equipment otherwise you may damage the equipment or personal using the equipment.
