babybear, are you out there?

babybear, are you out there? I have not seen you in the forums lately.

A courteous and polite poster as yourself is certainly missed.

Try sending him a private message by hitting his name in a prior thread using the email function on CR4. Babybear was indeed a friendly poster on this board. milo

Yeah, where is babybear? I do miss chatting with the bloke. One of the nicest and pleasant persons around......and always a delight to chat with.

I've tired to PM his email several times in the past few months, but haven't received any response. Actually, the last time I saw him in the forum was around Christmas. I wonder if his trouble-making brother is up to no good!

Unfortunately, BB has one or more unreasonable relatives, who for some reason persecute him. As a result he has had to 'disappear'. I had personal communication with him a week or two ago.

That's terrible. Sounds like either calm rhetoric or a large stick is called for...

From what I gather, the rhetoric would be futile...

Re: babybear, are you out there?

Hello to all my friends, if I may write this to you standarded, and,

Milo, CaptMoosie, gsuhas, and not forgetting dkwarner and ba/ael.

I have not been watching CR4 for a couple of months I guess, and have just answered about three posts sent into really old threads after seeing the notification. It is not that I did not want to, but I could not because I let stuff slide to help other really quite intensely for several months. That meant I had to spend more time on myself really.

CR4 is brilliant and 98% of the members on it are as well. But there is other things in your lives like Families and work? I do not have a Family, please note that, and spending 12 hours a day on CR4 was just too easy. Anyway, I will be back, (where have I heard that before? Capt Scot I believe? And of course he was never back.) Well I am sorry to say I am not going to do a Capt Scott on you!

Hope you are well, actually I can't thank you enough for the kind things you have been saying. I was busy doing stuff to try and get my life back in order and ba/ael PMed me and gave me this address.

I really did not mean to ignore anyone, just had a lot of catching up on stuff thats all.

How are you dkwarner? I got so tied up in research I was letting things slip in my home and in my personal life.

I am going to be back and I am not so much ill as well pissed off with friends, and I hasten to add, no one on CR4!

Your advice on the computer problem I had helped a whole lot, thank you my friend dkwarner.

I got a 2 TB backup double disk external drive, which I will use like time capsule. All from your help. I managed to solve the keychain thing as well. Mind you I can't recall how! But again it was with your guidance!

I will be back in a couple of weeks to a month, but I have to get my computer backup sorted before it is too late, and I want to plant some veg' this year. All takes time. Right.

I thank you all once again for the really kind things you posted. As I say I did not mean to ignore, and really did not think about it so much as trying to sort my home out and several other personal things, which I think you may know about, but I am saying no more about that 'thing'.

I am writing like this as a post to you all because I find it hard to limit my words! As you all may have gathered from the time to time contact I have with you all!

I have a few problems which cannot be mentioned in open forum, and some health stuff but, nothing serious, just getting a bit of my life back. Sorry I cane say much about it here.really I am.

Hey, thanks once again to ba/ael who PMed me and all you others, OK?

Take care.

PS. BTW. Any 'collections' and especially money can be sent to my Bank, OK? Can I have a volinteer to water the roses someone sent?

See you all later. I just have to learn to write shorter posts I guess!

So sorry for your troubles - hope you can get them sorted out. I know first hand that sometimes life's challenges come before CR4.

Your ability to see issues clearly and to diffuse conflict with kindness make your posts invaluable. You are a true gentleman and we miss you!

Hi U NO WHO,

and actually I don't! But I thank you for your kind wishes anyhow!

Will be back soon but have to restrict my use to allow my 'real' life to be organised. OK?

I do realise that you and the others who have gotten onto this thread are my 'real' life, but, well you know what I mean............

Take care

bb,

Glad to hear that you are okay. As you can see from this thread, your input on CR4 is highly appreciated. We will all be looking forward to you getting back to CR4, but take as much time as you need.

All the best.

Thanks BB. We are relieved. Now it is our turn to say "Take Care"

I was sure that you must be busy in something, thats why my post was in present tense.

You always gave many more ways to solve our technical problems. Now, for your personal problems, you will have certainly many ways to solve those. Still if you need, we are there to help in whatever way we can.

Again "Take Care".

Great to see your are alive and well BB!!!! I can't wait until your final return. So, in the meantime do what you have to do to get well and straighten things out, especially the good for nottin person you call a brother. Tell him if he doesn't straighten up his act I will personally see to it that visit him some dark and dreary night when he least expects it and kick his arse....no, better yet I'll plant my old Airborne jump boot up 'is arse as far as it'll go mate ....something he'll regret *GRINZ*

Hi Capt,

Really can't thank you enough for your post.

I am trying to get stuff sorted, but if I estimate a week it usually take three, you know? But I am coming back, in fact I never left, just got too into CR4 and the rest of my day to day life was sinking!

Take care. bb
