Hi how much voltage in between neutral to earth voltage accept in electrical eqpts

As much as needed.

If a neutral link is open, then the neutral-to-earth voltage will be the same as the live-to-earth voltage. So the neutral conductor has to have the same level of insulation as the live conductor.
