Dear, As the name indicate , there will be pumps in the pumping station

so there will be a check valve (non-return valve) or a back flow preventor in the system. There can be pipes, fittings connected to various valves to control or regulate the flow. These valves include Butterfly valves, gate valves etc

Coming to the piping line, there will be drain valves, pressure reducing valves and Air valves.......

This is a great time for you and Mr. Imran, he is seven (7) questions back from yours, to sit down together at lunch and discuss the "phylosophy of desalination plants including pumping stations. and Field instruments". I recommend that you do this sooner rather than later as preparing a bid for a project like you are considering is a time consuming process and at this point in the game you are probably not going to be the winner.
