Dear Mr. Sauravjain,

I'm afraid far more information is required for a feed mix analysis recommendation for the induction furnace. Input power for example should determine if you need to start with a slow heat or a hot heal. Is the DRI formed into HBI or just pellets or lump. In actuality on site analysis is recommended. Please contact a colleague of mine in India that has this familiarity, Mr. TRRRAo at trr_rao@yahoo.com .

Any further difficulties or questions let us know. T.C.Inc. is an international process technology firm dealing in iron and steel, DRI and materials preparation for over 40 years.
