This is a very strange question. It is like asking how to interpret the sun. DIN means "Deutche Industrie Normen." These are German Metric Industrial Standards and are in widespread use. But they are not the only standards. You don't interpret them... you either use them or you don't.

I'm not sure I understand your question either, but I'll try to help.

First, determine which DIN screw standard you need. There are many, but this list may help. Next, you'll have to go the DIN web site and buy the standard. I doubt it's free.
